We Don’t Hire Just Anyone

Before our caregivers can put on a Well-Being Group uniform they are required to have the following:

• Multiple References
• Department of Justice background clearance
• Drug screening
• Physical examinations
• Tuberculosis clearance
• Clean driving record
• First Aide / CPR
• Competency examinations

 

All of our caregivers are trained, bonded and insured and continue to be evaluated and supervised. We believe that our caregivers are the finest in the industry and are confident that you will feel the same.

Our Educational Philosophy

At Well-Being Group we believe that quality begins with knowledge. That is why we have developed the most comprehensive and rewarding Caregiver Training Program (CTP) in the industry.

Our program was designed following the fundamentals of adult learning theory. It utilizes a variety of learning modalities including lecture, demonstration, video, and hands-on training.
